This part will be concerned with matching your current strengths to the opportunities identified above.
- Product portfolio. Examine and identify key products to meet demand in growth sectors.
- Capacity and capability. Examine current capacity and operating models and recommend future internal developments to achieve growth.
- Recommend resource requirements to meet the above.
- Managing external relationships. Evaluate current position with regards to brand awareness amongst employers and capacity to build and manage relationships.
- Other employer engagement activity. Overview of the effectiveness of other employer-related activity. For example, involvement in curriculum design and work experience.
3. Recommendations and Action Plan
We will deliver a comprehensive report detailing key recommendations and an action plan for growth. The report and plan would contain the following:
- Recommendations for key relevant external opportunities for the college to pursue, particularly identifying quick wins.
- Recommendations around structure, business model, skills development and improvements to existing business.
- 12-month overview business plan to achieve growth in employer responsiveness and employability income, with income and expenditure modelling and key milestones.
- Any other recommendations that are relevant to the organisation in this context.
Depending on specification, projects are usually completed in 10-15 working days.
