Course Overview
This workshop is designed to help teams deliver the best possible outcomes. Delegates will learn the seven characteristics of high performing teams, undertake a team assessment to identify strengths and areas for improvement, and identify a clear action plan to deliver outstanding business performance. During the course, they will develop the necessary skills, behaviours and culture to achieve new levels of success.
This workshop is aimed at teams at all levels – including cross-functional management and leadership teams, business development teams and curriculum delivery teams.
